Most of the original features have been retained, but restored to benefit from modern technology. Much thought has gone into the design of the conversion and it is hard to feel that you are in a residential home restricted by legislation.

As with its sister home at no. 70 Aldborough road, its residents benefit from having a spacious, established, secluded, garden with lawn and patio areas, providing an ideal recreational space to relax. 

Maple house provides long term residential care for adults with learning disabilities, Maple house were appropriate can continue to offer support to service users who reach over the age of 65 with the aid of ongoing assessments. Maple house has the facilities to cater for service users with physical disabilities and is accessible for wheelchair users. Maple house adopts and calm and relaxed environment, where service users are offered individual choices and their decisions are respected.
